Blotto

I hate the lottery. I guess some people love to play it, they get a rush. It seems to me that they are throwing their money away, and the stats back me up. It's a tax on people that don't know math; a tax on the uneducated.

To access some of the problems with the lottery I decided to make something worse that was bad in similar ways. Blotto is a lottery you play by giving blood. You can win luxury medical procedures. You are only supposed to give once a week, but who's counting? Sure, you may be weak and sick from desanguination, but heck, don't you want that boob job?
